ELF-XL 1MP - Double Filtration Filter, 1 micron filter consisting of:

• Activated carbon: Remove sediments, chlorine, taste & odors.
• Plyphosphate crystals: Act as a scale inhibitor to prevent lime scale build-up.

Filter duration about 6-12 months, depending on water quality.

Notes:

Sediment pre-filter is recommended in areas where the water hardness is high (higher than 300-350ppm) it would be better to install a central water softener or reverse osmosis system.

Warranty

A full six (6) months warranty is given on the entire system and on damages that were not caused by misuse of the system. Excludes consumables such as filter cartridges that need to be replaced according to the maintenance schedule or inlet water quality. If the filters are not changed according to the schedule then the system will not be covered by the warranty.

Returns

Product returns and refund are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase of the product if the system does not respond to the information / explanations given by the company before its purchase. Installation fees are not refundable while extra charges may apply for disconnection and removal of the system.

Installation and installation components are not included.
